We understand the importance of having a process
to manage and develop projects and over the years have accumulated
and combined practices that help us achieve quality results. We
also recognize that a process needs to be flexible enough to fit
the needs of the project and our clients.
No two clients or projects are the same, so
there is no cookie cutter approach to creative development or
project management. Our goal is to fit the solution to your need,
not try to fit your need into some existing template or design.
Our creative is built from scratch to reflect each projects needs
and achieve its goals.
We develop a plan that will incorporate all
of the steps and disciplines required and assign a team to fulfill
each function. Every project has a Producer who is the single
point of contact for the customer and coordinates the project
and Awayke personnel. We establish a timeline and schedule and
strive to meet or exceed delivery dates.
